Kelly Dickensheets is coaching her 28th boys varsity season. 

The team won the Kouts invite, PCC round robin, PCC tournament and advanced to the semi-finals of the state tournament last season.

The JV team won the PCC tourney last season.

KOUTS INVITE CHAMPS

The boys varsity and jv both won the Kouts invite.  The varsity has won 4 titles in a row and 13 overall.

The team beat Boone Grove in a non-conference game.  Jay Patz had 11 kills, Cody Artuso 9 kills 5digs, John Pauer 9 kills 3 aces, Trey Biggs 32 assists and Michael Warren 4 digs.

The boys beat LaCrosse in a non-conference match.  Cody Artuso had 9 digs 4 aces 11 kills, Michael Warren 4 digs, Austin Wayne 6 aces, Trey Biggs 30 assists, Jay Patz 15 kills and John Pauer 5 kills.

Hebron opened their PCC season with a win over Morgan.  Jay Patz had 8 kills 4 blocks, John Pauer 11 kills, Cody Artuso 6 kills 8 digs, Trey Biggs 40 assists and Austin Wayne 4 aces 4 digs.

Jay Patz led the team with 16 kills in a win over LaCrosse.  Cody Artuso added 10 kills 7digs, Trey Biggs 34 assists 2 aces, Austin Wayne 6 kills and John Pauer 5 digs.

Cody Artuso had 8 kills and 4 digs in a win over Hanover Central.  Jay Patz added 8 kills 2 aces, John Pauer 9 kills, Michael Warren 7 kills, Trey Biggs 25 assists 2 aces and Austin Wayne 5 digs.

PCC ROUND ROBIN CHAMPS

The team beat Kouts to win the PCC round robin for the 3rd consecutive year.  The title is the 8th in the history of the program. 

Hebron beat Kouts in the opening round of the PCC tourney.  Austin Wayne had 5 kills, Jay Patz 3 kills, Cody Artuso 8 kills and Michael Warren 24-25 serving.

The boys beat LaCrosse in the semi-finals of the PCC tourney.  Jay Patz had 14 kills and 6 blocks, Trey Biggs 34 assists and 7 aces, John Pauer 12 kills, and Cody Artuso 8 kills.

PCC TOURNEY CHAMPS

Hebron won the PCC tourney by beating Morgan.  The title was the 2nd in a row and 8th overall.  Trey Biggs had 31 assists, Jay Patz 3 aces and 14 kills, Michael Warren 20-20 serving, Cody Artuso 22 kills and 6 blocks and John Pauer 8 kills.

WARREN WINS MENTAL ATTITUDE AWARD

Michael Warren won the Donald E. Broughton award for mental attitude.  Michael is the 3rd Hebron player to receive the award along with Ron Kobza 1989 and Danny Hallberg 2004.

ARTUSO PCC MVP

Cody Artuso was voted the PCC mvp.  Cody is the 8th Hebron player to be named the PCC mvp.  Jay Patz #4 and Trey Biggs #6 also were named to the all-conference team.

JV PCC TOURNEY CHAMPS

Hebron and coach Caleb Biggs won the JV PCC tourney for the 3rd consecutive year and 8th overall.  The team also finished undefeated at 13-0.

SPRING 2011 VOLLEYBALL

Hebron is currently ranked 2nd in the state and 31st nationally on the ESPN volleyball poll.

IBVCA REGIONAL CHAMPIONS

Hebron beat Wheeler to advance to their 11th consecutive IBVCA state final tournament.  Hebron is the #2 seed in the 8 team tournament.  Jay Patz had 8 kills and 2 block kills, Michael Warren had 5 kills, Trey Biggs had 26 assists, John Pauer had 4 kills, Cody Artuso 5 kills and Austin Wayne 4 kills.
