Kelly Dickensheets is coaching her 29th boys varsity season. The team won the Kouts invite, PCC round robin, PCC tournament and advanced to the semi-finals of the state tournament last season. The JV team won the PCC tourney last season. KOUTS INVITE CHAMPS The boys varsity and jv both won the Kouts invite. The varsity has won 5 titles in a row and 14 overall. Jay Patz had 13 kills, Cody Artuso added 12 kills and 6 digs. Trey Biggs had 32 assists and John Pauer had 4 digs. Hebron beat Boone Grove in a non-conference game. DICKENSHEETS GETS 600th WIN The girls win against Covenant Christian was the 600th varsity win for coach Kelly Dickensheets at Hebron. D now has 275 wins in girls volleyball to go along with 278 wins in boys volleyball and 47 wins in girls track. The boys beat LaCrosse in a non-conference game to move to 4-0. Jay Patz led the way with 10 kills and 3 block kills. Hebron opened the conference season with a win over Morgan. PCC ROUND ROBIN CHAMPIONS The boys completed the round robin season with a 6-0 record to win their 4th consecutive round robin title and the schools 9th overall. PCC TOURNEY CHAMPIONS Hebron beat Hanover Central, Kouts and Boone Grove to win the PCC tourney title for the 3rd consecutive year and got their 9th tourney championship in school history. ARTUSO REPEATS AS PCC MVP Cody Artuso was voted the PCC mvp for the 2nd consecutive year and became the 1st player in boys volleyball in the PCC to accomplish this feat. Cody is the 8th Hebron player to be named PCC mvp. PATZ, BIGGS AND PAUER MAKE ALL-CONFERENCE Jay Patz was voted the #2 player in the conference behind teammate Cody Artuso. Trey Biggs was 4th and John Pauer 8th. PAUER WINS PCC MENTAL ATTITUDE AWARD John Pauer won the Donald E. Broughton award for mental attitude for boys volleyball. John is the 4th Hebron boy to earn this award. DICKENSHEETS SETS NEW PCC RECORD Coach Dickensheets got her 14th PCC round robin title and 12th PCC tourney championship. The 12 PCC tourney championships are the most all-time in PCC history. "D" broke a tie with former Westville coach Jim Clark for 1st place. The 14 round robin titles are 6th in PCC history.
