Hebron is the defending semi-state finalist. The team
has also won back to back sectional championships. The Hawks are also
the defending PCC round robin and PCC tourney champions.
The girls beat Lowell 10-2 to open the season. Mollie
Lindeman got the complete game win allowing 3 hits and striking out 12.
Kyle Doelling had 2 doubles.
The team dropped a close game against Portage 4-3.
Mollie Lindeman and Rachel Pauer had 2 hits each.
Hebron beat Merrillville 11-0. Maggie Lindeman got her
1st varsity win.
LINDEMAN THROWS NO-HITTER
Senior Mollie Lindeman threw her 3rd career no-hitter
to tie the school record also held by 2008 grad Jessica Orris. Mollie
also had 2 hits. Maggie Lindeman and Ashlyn Wheeler each hit a home run.
Emily O'Leary had a triple and Audrey Sutherland and Katie Clemens had 2
hits each.
The girls beat Hobart 5-2 behind 11 strikeouts by
Mollie Lindeman. Emily O'Leary was 3-4 with a double, Ashlyn Wheeler had
2 hits and Katie Clemens scored 3 times.
Mollie and Maggie Lindeman combined to pitch a 1 hit
shutout in an 11-0 win over Whiting. Mollie struck out 9 and Maggie
struck out 3 and got the win. Ashlyn Wheeler had 3 hits while Kyle
Doelling, Maggie Lindeman and Emily O'Leary each had 2 hits.
The girls lost another close battle with Chesterton,
3-1 in 9 innings. Last seasons game went 11 innings. Katie Clemens and
Emily O'Leary each had 2 hits.
The team opened the PCC round robin schedule with a
loss to Hanover Central 4-3. Kyle Doelling hit a home run, Dani Heath
had a double and Rachel Pauer had two hits.
The girls evened their PCC record with a win over
Washington twp 9-1. Maggie Lindeman picked up the win. Emily O'Leary was
3-4 with a home run and Mollie Lindeman also was 3-4. Dani Heath had a
double and a triple, Ashlyn Wheeler had a double and Katie Clemens had a
triple.
LINDEMAN AND O'LEARY CLIMBING
RECORD BOOK
Seniors Mollie Lindeman and Emily O'Leary have been
starters since their freshman season. During that time they have
steadily moved up the ranks of the Hebron record book. Through 9 games
Mollie got her 39th career double to set a new record and Emily got her
87th career rbi to set a new record. The school hit record is 128 and
Emily is tied for 2nd with 124 and Mollie is 3rd with 123. Emily is also
3rd in at-bats, 3rd in doubles and 2nd in triples. Mollie is 2nd in
at-bats, 6th in runs scored, 5th in rbi, 2nd in innings pitched, tied
for 2nd in wins and 3rd in strikeouts.
NEW CAREER HIT LEADERS
The girls outscored Westville, North Judson and
LaCrosse 38-3. Sophomore Katie Clemens picked up her 1st varsity win.
Seniors Mollie Lindeman and Emily O'Leary both passed Jessica Orris'
career hit record of 128.
Maggie Lindeman got her 6th win of the season with a
10-0 win over Boone Grove. Maggie teamed up with sister Mollie for the
shutout. Emily O'Leary and Audrey Sutherland each had 3 hits. Kyle
Doelling and Katie Clemens added 2 hits each.
Hebron beat Morgan 16-1 to climb to 5-1 in the PCC.
Mollie Lindeman allowed 1 hit and struck out 11 and was also 4-4 at the
plate. Emily O'Leary and Kyle Doelling had 3 hits each with each player
hitting a triple and Katie Clemens had 2 hits.

Mollie Lindeman moved into 2nd place in career
strikeouts with 446 passing 2008 grad Jessica Orris who had 443 and also
got her 36th career win passing Orris into 2nd place on that list.
MAGGIE LINDEMAN THROWS
NO-HITTER
Sophomore Maggie Lindeman threw her first no-hitter
for the Hawks in a 12-0 win over Kouts. Maggie also struck out 10.
Mollie Lindeman had 4 hits including 3 doubles while Emily O'Leary also
had 4 hits including a home run and a double. Rachel Pauer added 3 hits.
The girls beat North Newton 4-0 behind a 1-hit shutout
by Mollie Lindeman. Bre Lewin and Rachel Pauer each had 2 hits.
Mollie Lindeman struck out 15 and allowed only 1 hit
in a 4-0 win over South Central. The win gave Hebron a 6-1 record in the
PCC. Mollie also had a double and a triple. Emily O'Leary and Kyle
Doelling each had 2 hits.
Mollie Lindeman threw a 1 hit shutout with 9
strikeouts against Bishop Noll and added 3 hits. Katie Clemens and Kyle
Doelling also had 3 hits. Ashlyn Wheeler and Emily O'Leary added 2 hits
each.

had 2 hits in a 4-0 win over South Central in the opening round of the
PCC tourney. Mollie Lindeman threw the complete game shutout with 10
strikeouts.
The team beat Washington twp 7-0 to advance to the
championship game.

Mollie Lindeman threw her school record 4th career
no-hitter in the championship game of the PCC tourney against Boone
Grove. Hebron and coach Mike McLindon won their 2nd consecutive tourney
championship. the title was the 3rd overall for the school. Mollie
struck out 9 and walked 2 and also had 3 rbi's. Maggie Lindeman, Katie
Clemens, Emily O'Leary and Rachel Pauer all had 3 hits each.
Emily O'Leary had 2 hits and Maggie Lindeman allowed
only 1 earned run in a 3-1 loss to Kankakee Valley.
LINDEMAN SISTERS THROW
NO-HITTER
Mollie and Maggie Lindeman combined on a 12 strikeout
no-hitter in a 10-0 win over Rensselaer. This is the 3rd no-hitter for
Hebron this season. Ashlyn Wheeler, Kyle Doelling and Emily O'Leary each
had 2 hits.
LINDEMAN REPEATS AS PCC MVP
Senior Mollie Lindeman was voted the PCC mvp for the
2nd consecutive year. Mollie made all-conference all 4 years. Senior
Emily O'Leary also made all-conference for the 4th year. Emily finished
3rd. Junior Kyle Doelling finished 9th in the voting. Kyle was also
named all-conference as a Freshman at Boone Grove. Sophomore Rachel
Pauer also made all-conference and finished tied for 11th.
Hebron lost to 2A state ranked #2 Rochester 5-2 in the
semi-finals of the Winimac Sectional. Emily O'leary hit a 2-run home run
in the 7th and also singled. Katie Clemens and Maggie Lindeman also had
2 hits. Kyle Doelling hit a triple.
LINDEMAN INDIANA ALL-STAR
Senior Mollie Lindeman was named to the North team for
the Indiana all-star game. Mollie also was named 3rd team all-state.
Mollie is the 3rd Hebron athlete to be an Indiana all-star. In 1991,
Jeff Brooks was named to the North team for baseball and in 1996, Clay
Malayter was named to the Indiana all-star cross country team for the
Midwest Meet of Champions. Emily O'Leary was named all-district
all-state.
