The girls opened the season with a 38-6 win over Covenant Christian. The team added another win with a 39-22 victory over Wheeler. Hebron opened PCC play with a 37-14 win over Washington twp. The girls won a close game against Boone Grove 31-29. The team beat Morgan twp 16-8 to move to 3-0 in the PCC. Hebron beat Griffith 25-21. The girls beat Hanover Central 23-11 to raise their record to 7-0 and 4-0 in the PCC. Hebron beat LaCrosse and Kouts to run their record to 9-0 and 6-0 in the PCC. The girls dropped their first game of the season in the south county tourney against Kouts. The team rebounded with a win over Boone Grove in the consolation game. Hebron got back in the win column with a win over Andrean to move to 11-1 on the season. The team lost a close game to South Central to finish the PCC round robin with a 6-1 record. The girls are 11-2 overall on the season. The girls beat Kankakee Valley and River Forest to raise their record to 13-2 for the season. The 13 wins matches last years win total and is the 2nd most wins in a season for a Hebron JV girls basketball team (16 wins). The team opened the PCC tourney with a win over Morgan twp 33-18. Hebron beat West Central 36-27 for their 15th win of the season. The girls returned to the PCC tourney with a semi-final win over South Central. The win was the 16th this year and ties the record for most wins in a season. Hebron played its 4th game in 4 days and fell to Rensselaer 22-25. The loss is only the 3rd all season. PCC JV CHAMPIONS The Hawks and coach Dewell won their 2nd consecutive championship with a 32-20 win over Kouts. The title is the 4th for Hebron. The girls also set a new record for wins in a season with 17.
