ALL-STATE
Bill was the first modern day All-State athlete at Hebron. He finished 8th at the State meet in the 1600 meter run as a senior in 1992. Earlier, Bill finished 2nd at the sectional and was the regional champion. As a junior, Bill just missed making All-State when he finished 11th in the 1600 meter run. Bill also was a regional qualifier in 1992 in the 1600 relay and as a sophomore in 1990 in the 1600.
