Boys track was one of the four original sports offered by the Porter County Conference.

A PCC meet has been run every year.

The round robin championship was first contested in 1971.

Boys track is an IHSAA single class sport.

The All-Conference team is made up by the winner of each event in the PCC meet.

A mental attitude award has been given since 1979. The award is named for Myron Knauff.
