Girls track was added by the Porter County Conference in the spring of the 1974-75 school year.
A round robin championship and PCC meet were first held in 1975.
Girls track is an IHSAA single class sport.
The All-Conference team is made up by the winners of each event in the PCC meet.
A mental attitude award has been given out since 1979.
An MVP award was given out at the PCC meet from 2021-22 to 2023-24.
