HEBRON

BOYS WRESTLING

1979-80 through 1981-82 and 2010-11 through 2021-22

15 SEASONS

The wrestling program at Hebron was started by coach Pat Harding.  The program lasted only three short seasons, from 1980-1982.  Despite some good individual wrestlers, lack of entrants in each weight class hurt the team results.  Very few individual results are available at this time.

In 2007-08, coach Todd Adamcyk formed a wrestling club at Hebron with hopes of becoming a varsity team in the future.  Over the next several years a JV team competed.  Varsity status was granted to the program starting in the 2010-11 school year.  The IHSAA changed the weight classes before the 2011-12 season.  Hebron began to compete in the Greater South Shore Conference (GSSC) tournament in the 2013-14 season.  The 2020-21 season was affected by the COVID-19 global pandemic.  There were many matches that were cancelled during the season.
